Zoomin India — photo books

It had taken me months to complete two photo books in zoomin india site. Particularly one of these is a portfolio album and costed 4000+ inr if ordered.
15 days back when i tried to order, i was unable to open and order these two. Raised a ticket with them.
I received a casual response as "you have designed your album with a theme for which the license has been expired hence the creation is not loading/showing error." i inquired further and the response is dismal "we can completely understand your concern. And feel helpless, as we are unable to retrieve your creation. Due to some urgency, our technical team have to delete some of the backgrounds from our website."
Who compensates me for the effort spend from my side and zoomin simply decommissioning stuff without even notifying the consumers of their service.
