Zoopers — Television

I had purchased a Samsung tv amount 52000 on 9th October 2020 from Kohinoor electronics miraroad. I asked for extended warranty and Kohinoor gave me zoppers warranty for which I paid 7535. In June 2022 my tv stopped working I informed Kohinoor n zoppers. A technician came saying mother board is spoilt I asked them to change as the tv was in extended warranty they said part is not available it’s been 75 days now Everytime I call they give different reasons they took away the tv saying they have to change the part and update it in the workshop and promised to give a replacement tv which they dint give. now they are not giving the tv back saying it’s gone for commercial and give refund some amount back.
