After watching a lucrative advertisement video of a multifunction hair trimmer on facebook costing Rs 1349.10(after all discounts from original price of Rs 1999/-) I placed order by clicking 'bye now' option at the end of the video and paid the mount of Rs. 1349.10 through net banking, the payment was received by the company via razorpay on 10th August 2020. They started sending me shipment details via emails and messages and I got the delivery on 15th August 2020. After opening the packet I found a low cost, used and simple hair trimmer of NOVA company costing Rs. 250/-approx(as searched online) only. I sent complaints via emails to jolykart, rezorpay and shiprocket on 16th August 2020 but the result in vain. This is a clear cut case of fraud/cheating and a refund with heavy penalties for the losses and mental agony and harrasment should be given and strict actions should be taken against such fraudulent companies in order to save innocent people.
