This is in reference to my order number 1887 for Lovely Hair Salon Professional Steam Hair Straightener which I had ordered from ZOYOMART

This is to bring to your attention that I have been cheated by this company in the product as instead of Lovely Hair Salon Professional Steam Hair Straightener which I have originally ordered, I have received Kemei professional hair straightener which costs less than INR 500/- where as I have paid INR 2499/- as COD.
The invoice attached on the packaging also also mentions Lovely Hair Salon Professional Steam Hair Straightener whereas to my utter shock when I opened the package it was Kemei hair straightener.
Please help me in getting my refund back as they are asking to send the product back to the above-mentioned mentioned but are not guaranteeing the refund of my amount as I paid COD. I am afraid of sending the product back as I am quite certain that they will get their product back and also not refund my amount.
Also I have been calling their 24*7 helpline number [protected] mentioned on their website which is coming as an invalid number
