I had given order to this company (Zunroof.com) in Nov 2019 for the installation of 3KW solar panel in my house and paid 10% advance. They installed the structure and cabling and 70% amount out of 179000- was paid. .But in spites of my repeated reminders they have not completed the job. As per agreement after payment of 70% system will be commissioned . But Now they want full money for supply of invertor. Almost one year is going to be over but they are not doing the job. As per quote, 20% is to be paid after commissioning and 10% after BESCM approves it.
