I'm not sure if the ZunRoof company is really care about customers. The follow up is very good until we pay 100% payment. After that nothing happens. As per the commitment installation should be done with in 50 days of 100% payment, else they will pay the committed energy units of the project in my case 400 units for the rest of the days until they complete the project.but nothing so far.. customer care executives will keep giving some dates but nothing happens. They keep saying about some approval pending from the Telangana government and I don't think it is true.looks like they just wanted to buy time.. Very disappointing.
