This is with reference to my solar panel system installation at my residence in Bangalore. I have given a contract to solar panel installation company "Zunroof tech private limited" in SEPT 2021 for complete end to end installation of solar panels with Net metering system with BESCOM who is the electricity service provider in Bangalore. I made 50% payment and I have received only inverter in the month of NOV 2021. After paying the remaining 50% payment Zunroof ON 7TH APRIL 2022, ZunRoof promised get the VIKRAM solar panel delivered and commissioned in 50 days, from the day of payment. The customer care executive has no answer to my query, other than telling there is a delay in solar panel delivery. Even after several email reminders to the so called delivery team they only reply.

There is nobody to talk to in zunroof other than customer care nor there is a problem escalation mechanism or the delivery team personal number to whom this issue can be escalated for prompt action.
I request your goodselves to kindly look into the matter & resolve this grievance & help me complete the installation at my residence.
