I bought a Suit worth Rs. 876 from https://zurnner.shop/ but they sent a low quality Saree instead. As I am trying to return the product, the email address zurnner.[protected]@gmail.com given on the website is incorrect. Thus, I am not able to contact the company. They delivered the product via XpressBees using Shiprocket platform. The package had "Florina" written under "shipped by" with no return address and no GST number. I would like to receive a refund of Rs. 876 please.
