Angioplasty surgery has been done to me by Dr. Chetan Shah on dt 19/12/2018 at your Ghatkopar(w) hospital. I have deposited 1.0 lac by NEFT on dt 18/12/2018. As medical advance my office, i.e., Assistant Registrar, Co-operative societies Roha, has also deposited 1.5 lac by NEFT. On the discharge dt 21/12/2018, I found my bill is Rs. 2.15 lac.
