They never bother about cusotmer compalint they only cares of getting their debts paid on time worst network coverage and worst service I had been giving network complaints regularly but no one is bothered as they are getting this business done so they are not bothered about one customer...

I Had requested for porting from Vodafone to Airtel thinking that I would get better services. However, My official number is lying inactive from Airtel's side as vodafone has already done the necessary actions from their end. When tomorrow I visited our local Airtel Service centre beside NH 34, Malda, opposite of Meghdut Lodge for linking [protected] with aadhar, they asked money for serving me. This is an offence according to Central govt. and Supreme Court. Aadhar linking should be free of cost. But they compelled the customers to pay them for various free services....

I recharged my airtel number with rs. 495 on 5th nov, 2017 to avail the 70 day offer o[censored]nlimited calls, 100 text messages/day and 1gb data/day.

I am able to make calls and text messages as per the plan but the data plan does not seem to be working. All my mobile settings allow the data usage.
Additionally, the my airtel app for the number also shows 0 mb remaining.in the transaction history section, no transaction...
