Hi, airtel services upgraded my sim to 4g and delievered it to me. Now its been a week and still my old 3g sim is not deactivated. My sim is not upgraded to 4g sim, is it meant that? I got a call from the retention team on same day and after a long conversation, negotiation and persuasion from the retention team i told them, i am not going to keep the connection at any cost. I am ganesh sakin mobile no [protected] since 10days i am repeatedly visiting ur outlet near koppikar road hubballi token no:t038 no one is responding properly they will ask prepaid or postpaid if postpaid they will suggest different plans and response but i if we say prepaid no one will responding and don't care directly they say prepaid sim cards stock is not there and server problems so many reasons they will. Airtel has mentioned that linking of aadhar number to mobile number is done at free of cost at airtel centres. But it is not so. On 17/10/2017 i visited a airtel centre (Opposite to state bank of india) in gingee-604202 to link my two airtel numbers. They have charged rs.20 for linking the aadhar with my mobile number. I asked them airtel has mentioned that it is a free service why charge
Rs.20. But they denied and recevied rs.20....

I got a sms today in my mobile number +[protected] about an offer says recharge 399 and get data and calls for 84 days validity.. But after i done recharge i got only 28 days validity.
I contacted customer care and they told me that i have not eligible for that offer.
This is absolutely cheating.
I want my money back

I opted for porting from airtel to other network, later i received a call from a retention service and they offered me a pack of rs399 mentioning 1gb/day unlimited calls for 3 months, soon i recharged my number with the same and got a plan of 1gb/day and unlimited calls and messages for 1 month. I'm using airtel since 2004 and it is very disappointing to see that the services have degraded to such bad levels that now they have started looting the customers in the name of providing the services through the app.

I paid mtnl bill for this month twice on 19/10/2017 but the transaction failed both the times. The account balance was also deducted both the times and the bill remained still unpaid.

I upgraded my bill plan on 18/10 and since then my internet is not working. Despite repeated calls to the customer service, the said problem has not been resolved.

Will the service provider do its job instead of putting its customers through such unnecessary inconvenience?...

I recharged my number with 1 day pack for 1 GB internet that stays valid for 24 hours from the time you recharge it, at 11:25 PM and at 12:30 AM it shows that I have no data balance left and I haven’t used it. On top of that there are no customer care executives to solve any kind of problems....
