airtel cheating customers 795 plan

Dear sir,
I recharged 795 thinking it's giving unlimited local std calls 1gb/ day thinking i recharged... Airtel is cheating customers 1gb for whole 84 days n oly airtel to airtel calls really pathetic from top mobile service providers.. I again recharged 349 and 399 for 1 month it's showing my airtel app.. I want them to transfer 795 amount to my airtel account number 16230418...

misguided through customer cafe

Sir, i called three days ago to customer care and ask about the hello tune, mam said me that there is a plan of 299 for one year and i said him yes. He requested me to recharge immediately. After some time i again called to customer care but now she misguide me about the recharge of (115 full talktime) she said me that the money was deducted from your direct account and recharge.
Then i recharged with 115, 115 and 90 now i had enough...

airtel services activated automatically and charged multiple times.

Hello,
It's been so much frustrating that i keep getting text that services get activated automatically. I had to send text to deactivate the services every time but still my account is charged.

If this continues i will have to stop the airtel post paid n move to different network.

I appreciate, if some one can look into this.

balance deductions in the name of junk service activations

Hi,
I received an sms saying amount of 49/- deducted towards hot chilles activation without even my consent or request on my mobile [protected]. The next sms says download hot models etc.. How can such pathetic and cheap service be activated on customer without seeking user confirmation.
This literally seems to be a fraud run by airtel to loot money. I'd like to have this brought to airtels notice and ban such cheap ideas of...

airtel payment bank account delete

Requested sir

Airtel payment bank is a very bad, i mean worst service ever i used... So, without hearing anything from you i just want to delete my airtel payment bank account.

You dont have a special customer care service for payment bank.. Its a shame...

I am a 10 year old Airtel prepared sim user and i sorry to say but in noe days your network is creating too much glitches or cut the signals during calling in addition this is happening from one a week almost.

airtel 4g hotspot dongle

Hi,

I had received bill due notification on my prepaid number [protected] which was in inactive for a long time.

However on 5/sep/2017 received email stating amount due to for that number. Concerned i wrote a mail to [protected]@airtel requesting for cancellation.
They replied with cancellation is not possible as it was informed to be continued.

Then went to customer care outlet airtel to cancel...

network does not work properly.

We are facing many problems for few months ago.
In our area we are using airtel connection before 10 years ago.
Now the problems are
1- often the network signals disappear for 1or 2 minutes.

2- when i am going to data connection on then the signal dropping and showing emergency call only.

3- in running of voice call the call automatically disconnect.
4- voice call quality is very bad.br...

network issue, unable to use internet

I have complaint several times for the internet speed and unavaiblity of network or internet but till date airtel was unable to solve my complaint.

its been 15 days since porting applied. still didn't get any sim

Two times i applied porting from docomo to airtel. First time it rejected due to some issue, and it has been 15 days since i applied for porting second time. Today, my previous sim has stopped working since morning. I have been calling airtel agent many times for last 10 days. airtel namkeen pack services activated without my consent

I got a message from airtel (Airsep) on 4th sept 2017 23:33 mentioning that namkeen pack services has been activated on my phone for 1 week and they would be adding rs 35 in my bill for a week and this would be automatically renewed every week. prepaid amount rs.349/- deducted twice due to late transaction msg

Kindly note i recharged through airtel online to my no [protected] for rs.349/- on 05.09.17 txn id[protected] & txn id[protected] as the earlier transaction showed error while payment processing, hence again i recharged again for the payment rs.349/- so it got deducted twice.

Please refund rs.349/- and do the needful

complaint against week network

Sir,
It is humble request to you, kindly don't give people this vary much kind of service now a days.in the name of 4g we cant use your 2g service, my phone shows 4g network but, when anybody calls me it shows either switch off or not reachable (Phone has full network bars but when some one phone me the signal bars goes invisible).
My request to you is kindly solve your service related problem or discount our whole sims...

Few days ago i have send a mail reagarding network issue and i got a call from your end they told me to change the sim as i informed him that recently i have upgraded the sim than also he told me to change the sim i have done so, but the network issue is same today in morning it was showing emergency call only. I just got fed up with the service if its so than finely i need to change the network to some other service as previous the number...
