I hv requested for shifting my landline no.[protected] to my new address and your customer care executive said that i will get new landline no. But the centrex no. 4458 will be same. And i got new landline no.[protected]. After that i have dropped mail for same centrex no. On 10/08/2017 and i got mail from your company...

I have got the message for airtel 399 plan for 84 days validity but when i goto my airtel app it shows that validity for 28 day's please kindly let me know whether i do reachage for 399 or change my network provider for false commitments and i had talked with customers care (Worst service) as they said we don't know if you got message do recharge they say and they have given reference id rmpto[protected].
I[censored] can slove the problem...

My no [protected] /[protected] both nos are deactivate by airtel from last 4 months and then Niketa Mam promise that pay rs. 4984 and reducing amount will waived then I pay the same but nos start for 3 Days and then stop again and again so please waive my reducing amount waiver, of which not give any airtel services. I want to regularity my plan....

I wanna shift from airtel to jio, i have sent sms port [protected] to 1900 several time for 2 months but did not get upc code. I even talked to customer care they said after 4 hours you will get upc, every time same thing (After 4 hours you will get upc)
I visited airtel store they did not help, they ask me to wait or come again, i had been doing this for 2 months.

I was travelling from india to singapore for 9 days and i did an recharge of rs 1199 for mobile no. [protected], of an international roaming plan at around 9:40 pm on 5th august from airtel website but a message came that your transaction with id 883456 has been failed and the amount will be refunded within some time that was within 7 working days, i have attached the screen shot for reference and the amount was debited from...

Pls reply. Pathetic service, no sms activated, wasye of time, online app very poor service, unauthrised charge, no activation of sim on time... Further delay in service... Useless no response, no timy action taken... Very unhappy wid service, unknown nd hidden charges deducted, no service, poor service... Very shameful... Will await rwvrt on this asap.....

I am an airtel customer. My number is [protected]. I have recharged with Rs.349/- on last Thursday for 1 month service. It's being a full week till the service did not started. I called number of times to the customer care they are saying that our server is busy. If I did a 1 month recharge and already I loose 1 week service. What kind of service you guys are providing to customer. And on top of that it's still not started....

It is very sad to know that i have been with airtel since quite a time. Few month ago i opted for airtel secure plan for the protection of my mobile. Few days ago my mobile's touch was broken and camera stopped working due to the accident in lift my phone fell from hand. I raised a claim and handset was picked by airtel.
I got a call from agent regarding estimate and all. I agreed to their terms and conditions...

A fraud deduction of inr 10000 has happened from my father savings account towards a purchase on pos[protected] at cc avenue_airtel.in txn#[protected].
Kindly cancel the transaction so that my father can get his money back.

This is with regards to my airtel refund for the airtel account number [protected] which i have closed. Airtel never refunded my amount, the information from the airtel support team that it is paid to some one by name mr. Gujeet singh. Airtel is not disclosing who has provided that information or authority to credit my refund to some one else nor sharing details.

Airtel is a big fraud company, one should not pay any advance...

One of the airtel technician has taken my tv cam card and not yet replaced i was calling customer support since one month
They saying out technical team will resolve your problem but the problem not solved

I went online on the web and changed my billing plan.
The moment i did that my incoming and outgoing calls stopped - however the sms's kept working

I called airtel call center - registered my complaint. Was assured that the "backend team" would rectify the issue in 4 hours. Nothing happened

Description of incident: ported my number to airtel and got rs.5 as a starting balance (11:45 pm). Rs.1.5 deduction of balance reported for a message sent by my phone (Approximately 8 am). Interestingly, i was sleeping at that time and there is no record of a message being sent from my number. Called customer care and was told that a message was sent by 'some' application...

On page https://www.airtel.in/prepaid-recharge they show 84 days validity for plan 399 and for the same plan on page https://www.airtel.in/mobile/terms-conditions they say 70 days validity. Please find the attached screenshots.

This is confusing and misleading to those who don't read terms and conditions.

Please ask company to correct the ad.
