Dai this is ragul. I have missed my airtel number [protected]. Please deactivate this number as soon as possible. If it is deactivated then give a reply to [protected]@gmail.com. It is emergency to deacivate my number. Also provide the details for buying a same airtel number and what are the proofs needed to submit to buy a new sim.

I had been using airtel broadband connection at my residence in dwarka since july, 2016 and since that time i have paid all my bills regularly.
In february i have made the request to shift my connection to a new place i. E. Janakpuri as we have shifted to new house.
After making the request in february i have to wait till may, 2017 to get the answer from airtel that the connection can't be shifted as the router is fully occupied...

I tried recharging my number [protected] from my Airtel app [protected] for 345 and cash got debited from my account on 6/7/2017. Then I tried second time and it was success.but till today I didn't got my money back .contacted them through mail and costumer care.they gave today 11am as last time.i want my money back...

I am rahul, holding an airtel no. [protected] since 2012. I have been paying bills on time. Bill cycle is 20 to 19.

I must say your support executives at 121 are good for nothing. You have no good reason to be so unprofessional. How difficult is it to process a customer's request.

I request you to deactivate 540 mb data booster on my number asap. Can't find that option in my airtel app....

This is my number, in my airtel app it showing to me 399 is best offer to me and gives unlimited calls+std calls +3gb/day with that amount. I have recharged with that amount now i am not able to call it been saying you have no balance in your account. So i called to customer care he tells me recharge with 52, you been in roaming. Dear guys, i am working in qatar. Earlier i was working in india. My no is a cug no which is [protected]. I left my old company then i thought to change it on my name. I called customer care to change it on my name. They suggested me to ask my company coordinator to send an email to [protected]@airtel.in and [protected]@in. Airtel.com as a noc for changing ownership and my id copy. I asked my company director and he did the same. I didn't got any reply...

I put ten day ir pack for malaysia it includes unlimited calls and 3 gb network pack. But i cant use data. They charged for using data service. Totally i raised the complaint 8 times but they don't rectify my problem. Problem is in their network side. So i asked to refund the amount for not using the data service. But they said they have no option to refund. Only have option to provide fake ad's lol....

Earlier i used to get notification for pack expiry, before 1-2 days. But now from last 6-7 times Airtel Company have stopped sending notification, in order to cut main balance for Data usage. I escalated the issue to airtel people but they said that might be your fault in network, network fault can occur once or twice not everytime. Kindly look into the issue and revert back....

I have requested for a broadband connection from airtel. Thrice i have raised a request and have also submitted my documents. This is the 2nd time i am raising this complain as no one is coming up for installation even when i got a call from airtel last week that it will be done in 5 days due to some issue. Its been 10 days now. No response.

Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹700 on june 29th 2017. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one.

I had activated postpaid sim for kalyan from mumbai. But there is a network problem in my area (Kalyan), against the same i had logged complaint vide reference no.77648029/77778089, dated 10/07/2017.

They confirm that it will be resolved by 14/07/17 & again dated 14/07/17 they inform that we are in process.

As on date the problem is not solved. Kindly look into this matter....

I have made a request 3 days ago to get new airtel broadband connection installed. No progress have been made so far. I paid for the installation charges as well, yet there is no response from the airtel technical team area or from the customer care.

I have been calling everyday to customer care to seek updates and everyday im assured this will done by evening or the same day., yet no action has been done. I sincerely hope...

I am not able to receive any calls or otp messages at my work place. It used to work fine before 6 months but now it has become worse. I only get messages that i have a missed call from certain number but i don't get the call. Although i have full network. Please help me in resolving the issue or else i have to move to other network who provides a good service at my work place....

I was applied for mobile portability for the number [protected] and got upc on 21st of june 2017 till date my sim not received but my number was deactivated on the same day. Some girl called me and took my upc number and her number is [protected]. She is disconnecting my calls when i called to her for my sim. I am lost my contacts since 1 month. Hello, the airtel signal strength has gone from bad to worse in the recent months within iit campus, roorkee. For several hours in a day, my mobile displays the status, 'no service'. I wonder, why airtel being the largest telecom provider does not address these simple woes?

Airtel broadband may like to tighten their processes internally so that their sales executives play fair.
