We received the bill of last month rs. 900.73 but when we are going to pay this exact amount via airtel payment website this amount is not valid. They are asking for rs 901. Why. This way if they are taking rs. 0.27 from each consumer then you can calculate how much money they are taking extra from consumers.

And this is an issue as earlier it had recharged but now it has deducted money from my account and still not credited any benefits to any of my schemes...

got wrong instructions for 4g recharge

His is true. Airtel dth is the worst service i ever used in my life. They have utter disregard for the customers. I have registered a complaint one week back and called the customer care 4 or 5 times and what they do is raise a complaint each time and say it will be resolved in 24 hours. The funniest thing is when ever i call them, after 24 hours still having this issue (Error code 6 even after recharge) the customer center executive says...

I am using airtel prepaid mob no [protected] since the last four years. I have never made any request for international roaming facility.
Rs 99 have been deducted from my main account on 21 July 2017 on account of international roaming rental at 1447 hours
This is irregular and not justified.
An early explanation and refund is requested...

broadband not feasible for last 2 years
