charges not adjusted for postpaid bill

I uses post paid connection and got a bill of 1670 last month. The bill has errors and faults that i have notified the concerned person over the voice call. The person promised to reduce/adjust the charges in the next bill. However this has not happened and i got my usual bill. Please look into the matter. I have two child numbers connected to this plan as well....

1:i raised my complaint on 8th june and i got a call from your executive (Ms. Neha) and my complaint was not resolved
2:my complaint was closed giving the reason that there was no response from my side
3. I have reopened the complaint on 15 or 16th of june where your team has visited my office...

My mobile phone got damaged accidentally but i was already a customer of airtel secure so i went for claim process.

I registered for airtel secure claim on 3rd july 2017. After some emails and follows ups i sent my device to airtel sucure.

Airtel secure is a complete scam. After sending my device and all the documents, all i get after 10 days is this message...

I have mailed to airtel services regarding the issue. Day before yesterday they said they will look into the issue. So far no relief. 198 or 121 is utter time wastage, not even getting an option to talk to customer care executive....

worst internet service provider

I opted for airtel broadband 3 months back it was going good for couple of weeks then the problem started internet gets dropped i raised a complaint which was resolved in 2-3 days then it was working fine with few disconnection issues again after a month i had same problem for which they told me that it's cable and dp box fault which was resolved after 6 days for which they gave some waive.
After couple of weeks again i got same issue...

mobile recharge pack

Today means on dated 15/07/2017, i recharged on my mobile rs 246 that to be after see the offer in message but after recharge i have unable to got that offer, they provide me only a normal pack of 900mb data only where 1 gb data is on rs 96 only. no option of speaking to the customer care executive

I did a recharge of rs. 1000 to a wrong number by mistake through patym, the patym team asked me to speak to the airtel customer care executive but when i tried to the contact them at 121, 198, [protected] etc. There was no option of speaking to the executive i literally tried very number provided on google but no response.. Not even a single zonal /nodal officer cared to answer the calls.. Highly disappointed by airtel service......

Airtel dth account number [protected].

Yesterday, i logged into airtel website to pay my dth charges. Account showed my monthly package is 677. I therefore paidpaid my monthly charges online via airtel website. Immediately my dth got activated.

Today morning again, it is stating my account has insufficient balance. I spoke to 3 customer service representative; got 3 different versions and all 3 calls were hanged...

misbehavior by customer care executive and giving required information
