In complaint, i mentioned that this is my primary number, so please get my issue resolved asap.

Since then i received a call from them yesterday. Personal over there asked me to check sim in some other handset device and insured that he will call in 10 minutes again.

It been hours waiting for their call to come.

My mobile phone Coolpad note 5 has been pickpocketed at Andheri railway station, Mumbai at 6.30 pm on 20th June 17. Please block the SIM card mentioned in complaint subject. I have tried to call at various customer care number of Airtel but I am unable to get the card blocked. Airtel gallery is closed at this hour. Block the number immediately....

I am recharging airtel prepaid through my airtel app. For many data packs, it is clearly given that the carry forward benefit is not available, but for recharge of rs.102/- for 400 MB data valid for 28 days, nothing is mentioned ; but on recharge balance data of 1700 MB has not been carried forward, kindly look into it and credit the balance data of 1700 MB, being the leading, transparent and best service provider, I hope you will not penalize...

As most of the customers had diverted to jio i have still faith in your network. But your 399 plan for 70 days is not applicable for which is given to new user and some selected subscribers. This happened in chidambaram in tamilnadu state. I recently went in airtel showroom to link my mobile with aadhar. The airtel agent said it is mandatory to open airtel payment bank account in order to link aadhar. The government did not insist people to open an account with airtel payment bank. So, they are misusing this scheme and misguiding innocent people to fall prey. The government should take strong action against this kind of behaviour...

I don't know what do you want from your customer. Every time i had requested that i was not able to use 4g services in my airtel no.[protected], but all the time your executive didn't respond to me politely. I think i had take a big mistake that i had choose airtel services. It is more than 1 month and 14 days still i had not able to use internet on my airtel number.

I will now port out my this and all airtel...

On 16th june i was changed my network from idea to airtel and there is a airtel service center islampur (Gurgaon) and the executive name is lokesh, he charged me 499rs. For frc amount & told me that after recharge you will get ul local + std calls & 1gb 4g data daily for 70days in 4g handset.
As i told him that i have only 3g handset so i cant avail that offer then he
Replied me that you cant avail the benefit of 1gb 4g data...
