Recharge for my number

but today my number services is deactivated...

After i contact customer care and airtel care. They have helped me to try the following options

My name pritesh. Today on 2nd june i get offer from airtel app which i install in my mobile app show offer that i get 1gb/per day 4 gb data validity 70 days. So go through that recharge and make 244 rs recharge as per offer but i get only 1 gb data. I am having issue with my data services, I have reported multi times to Airtel customer care, sent mail to nodal team, appellate team and 121 team also. The last time have told is something wrong happened with the system and they said they will look into it.

In the meantime, I changed my postpaid plan where they get a chance and said like as the plan got changed we will not be able to see the data update as its a real time...

But on date 31/05/17 without my knowledge & without any kind of your information balance was deducted from my main account. Inactivation of sim card

My sim has not been activated yet even after 3 days. I don't know the number of the sim as from where i purchased my sim you would get to know the number automatically. Please tell how to solve this problem as i went to the nearest airtel store and they were not keen to help me and told me to go to the place from where i purchased my sim. It's very unkind of a company like airtel to have such nuisance....

MNP no incoming after porting

I ported from docomo to airtel and my old sim have stopped working... Airtel sim can only make outgoing calls but incoming is blocked. On calling customer care they say sim is activated but actually it's of no use if i can not get any calls. When any one call me they hear that this number is not in service. Message incoming is also blocked. I am very frustrated as i might miss important calls for this....

Airtel prepaid recharge - data service

Rs399 recharge was done for 56 days but now after 28 days says it got expired

If its for 28 days, then why doing recharge it was shown as 56 days

Earlier we used to get messages stating, 70 days has been revised to 56 days but no where it is mentioned as "again revised to 28 days"...
