but today my number services is deactivated...

My name pritesh. Today on 2nd june i get offer from airtel app which i install in my mobile app show offer that i get 1gb/per day 4 gb data validity 70 days. So go through that recharge and make 244 rs recharge as per offer but i get only 1 gb data. Its very bad that airtel do this with me. 2 month ago i port my number to airtel because i believe that airtel very reputed company. But today i get only 1 gb data... Offer is...

I am having issue with my data services, I have reported multi times to Airtel customer care, sent mail to nodal team, appellate team and 121 team also. The last time have told is something wrong happened with the system and they said they will look into it.

In the meantime, I changed my postpaid plan where they get a chance and said like as the plan got changed we will not be able to see the data update as its a real time...

Hi this airtel dish customer from past 10 years. Our dish (Customer id [protected]) having problem sone 4-5 days.. I have complaint already bt no visit till date very bad service. I used call everyday in your customer service centre, they just gives a lame answer that today engineer will visit suresh. But no one visit till the date. I deshratna Swarna Prabhat Chakrawarti was using no. [protected] for a long time. But it was closed and allotted to another person without informing me. I was informed by my relative in 20 December 2016 that when she called me on no.[protected](airtel no) then another person received call and told this was his no. I called the person then he told that the no. Was allotted to him recently....

I have ported 2 numbers into airtel. And incoming to both of them. Is not working. People call me and hear this number is not valid [protected] [protected]. I have sent multiple emails but in vain.in fact i switched to post paid but in vain nothing has solved the problem. My prepaid money is lost. I ll be posting out whn 90 days get over. I am a loyalty customer of air tel. My mobile no-[protected]. I take a message offer recharge on rs.349 and get unlimited local & std call validity 28 days. I was recharge this offer on every month. But on date 31/05/17 without my knowledge & without any kind of your information balance was deducted from my main account. When i call to your customer care they are not solve my problem and behave so route.

My sim has not been activated yet even after 3 days. I don't know the number of the sim as from where i purchased my sim you would get to know the number automatically. Please tell how to solve this problem as i went to the nearest airtel store and they were not keen to help me and told me to go to the place from where i purchased my sim. I ported from docomo to airtel and my old sim have stopped working... Airtel sim can only make outgoing calls but incoming is blocked. On calling customer care they say sim is activated but actually it's of no use if i can not get any calls. When any one call me they hear that this number is not in service. Message incoming is also blocked. I am very frustrated as i might miss important calls for this....

I have used my ICICI Bank credit card on 31.05.2017 to pay the Monthly bill of my postpaid airtel mobile no.[protected] for Rs.517.00.Although my card a/c was debited on 31.05.2017 but I regret to note that the same is yet to liquidate the outstanding balance of my Mobile bill a/c. I have recharged rs.296/- for 2gb data which has validity of 28days on 31st may 2017 through net banking.

The amount is debited to my bank account, but till date the recharge plan is not activated to my mobile number.

Rs399 recharge was done for 56 days but now after 28 days says it got expired

If its for 28 days, then why doing recharge it was shown as 56 days

Earlier we used to get messages stating, 70 days has been revised to 56 days but no where it is mentioned as "again revised to 28 days"...
