On 19-4-17 at 23.52 p.m done Recharge to my Mobile No[protected] for Rs.333 with Payment ID Ref.no- ISBI[protected]. and Bank Ref.No-IGABDYSIC8. but Not done. Again on 20-4-17 at 10.55 a.m done Recharge to same Mobile No[protected] for Rs.333/- with Payment ID-Playment ID Ref. No. ISBI[protected] and Bank Ref.no-IGABDZMRU3, but Not done. Amount is Debited in my Bank Ac for Rs.333 and Rs.333. and not riversed till now.

My wife name is athira she submitted her documents and details in trivandrum Karamana airtel showroom to port her reliance number 938*****335 to airtel. They told her it takes 7 working days and this is the 3rd week and sim not yet ported and they charged 300 rupees as processing fee. I want my money back the service is bad. I m very sorry to say that i had a very bad experience with airtel. From last 6 months i m facing the network issue every time your executives are commenting that it will resolve with a 2 -3 day but it never happen.. After that they committed that if it not resolve we wave off your bill.. I have opted for airtel 349 plan (Unlimited calls + 1gb data everyday for 28days) but after 2 days data is not working... Not even 2g.. This is really pathetic and least expected from airtel..
