I am residing in bhubaneswar backside of sum hospital. My mobile no [protected]. I do have 3 post-paid connect in my home.

But my network airtel shows only one signal point in my phone.
Calls always disconnect/ call bfreaing etc..

I lodged a complaint with customer care on. I have raised complain reference no[protected] on 15.04.2017. Please take appropriate action...

I have raised request to airtel to migrate my postpaid to prepaid 2 weeks back, now they successfully migrated and my prepaid sim was activated, but i cant do recharge for that. When i dial *121# it's showing error occurred 536. I placed a request 79964228 on 13 march to shift my connection to my updated address. I was informed from your customer representative next day that address is not serviceable for Airtel broadband services. I requested to close my connection immidately and refund my amount as I have paid 3 months advance rent while used the services for only one month.

After placing request 80315182 to close my connection I got atleast 5-7...

Dear sir /mam, please help me as i want my call logs for incoming and outgoing calls, for some security reasons, for last 3 months. The past complaints raised are being addressed very late and after persistent follow-up by customer. Current service call has not been attended even after reminding several times. I have been billed even for the time that I could not use the broadband Internet because the complaints were attended after a week.
I demand refund and exemption for billing for the time I could not use the Internet because of delayed response from Airtel...

I have activated this fraud 349 rs so called 28 gb data plan on my number from this company 2 days back, since then it has been a constant source of frustration and helplessness for me, thier customer care is absolutely shameless and fraud. Dear team

I had given one no. for port in to airtel on 31st mar 2017. But the no. Was not activated yet. And my older operater also disconnected the service. My no. Is not working for 5 day and my all call are pending. That is my offical no. and the no is [protected].

Now i need the compensation of this 5 days call and i had suffer huge loss due to it. If you will not allow to do that then i going to file a case...

Airtel has given big publicity that they will not charge Incoming calls while on roaming anywhere in India. When I reached Chennai on 17/4/17, the charges started. Sometimes it was not charged. One of the last calls to be charged was Rs. 4.05 at 5.00 pm on 22/04/17, call received from a chennai no.
For MAJORITY of Calls amount was debited @ 45 paise per minute.
In the period, 17/4/17 to 22/4/17, they debited for about 100 minutes...

I applied for mobile number portability to Jio network from airtel. It has been rejected continuously for two times by airtel with no specific reason mentioned by customer care executive when contacted each time. Their response is useless and hopeless, they think we customers are fools spending lots of money and get irrespect and no solution in return. They simply say "No issue from our end", then why the heck they rejected my MNP twice....
