Had the worst time with the people at Santhome Airtel Headoffice. Went there to get a duplicate SIM since i lost my mobile in Chennai. I'm currently working at Chennai and it's difficult for a person to live at Chennai without your contact number. For 6 years i've been using the number and they said it was in some other name. They told me to go for a name change request and to continue with the same number with postpaid connection. Later...

I have phoned airtel DTH customer service on the afternoon of 2nd Nov to inform them I will be out of town for 15-20 days so de-activate the DTH connection for that period.I was told a deduction of Rs30 will be done from my DTH account & services will be stopped from the night of 2nd Nov. But everyday I am getting SMS on mobile that account expires in 1week or 2 weeks.

This is to inform you that Airtel service is verry poor and does not provide proper services .

many complaints has been made to them .

as the service of Call drop as well as 3G Net issue.

IT SEEMS THAT AIRTEL IS NOT IN POSITION TO ISSUE OR LAUNCH 3G WHERE AS THE OTHER OPERATERS ARE OPTING OR ALREADY LAUNCHED 4G.

I though had a call from Airtel for my previously registered complaint with Consumer Complaints but from its non-revertible number where they initially called me during my rush hour. Though I asked them to call back in the afternoon but throughout the day did not receive any call again.

Nearly 2 days later I received a call from the same number too which I could not pick up at that very moment but since it was a non-revertible...

My airtel prepaid no.[protected] was recharged for 3g data for rs.150/147 but did not get data credit instead got the following reply

done on 04-Nov-16 05:10PM, MRP:Rs147.00, PF:126.83, Revised STax:Rs19.17, Talktime:Rs1.00, Balance:Rs1.17, TransID:[protected], Benefit:-240 Local and STD minutes for 21 days.

Had a prepaid number on which many fake charges was incurred for the months of april and may 2016. When called cx care then they unable to justify the wrong charges occured and did not pay the charges back. I finally port to BSNL and I am very happy now. Airtel is looting its customers like anything, with fake advertisements abt their quality.

Airtel deducted my balance 4 times without notifying me and who the hell asked your services stop sending all flash messages and refund follo week service which you are not stopping even after calling you and please refund whole amount (25+35+5 per day after that) as top up balance.
This is really disappointing from airtel side, please resolve my complain and stop this service....

I had done port from DoCoMo to Airtel. That time the Airtel retailer said that the MNP offer is 2sec/1ps. My friend Santosh also had done port to Airtel the MNP offer.
But my Airtel plan activated 1sec/1ps. My friend Santosh's plan activated 2sec/1ps.

This is vijaykumar, I've opted for airtel postpaid through porting of my Vodafone number on 22nd october 2016 and the process has come till the Tele verification but unable to complete successfully because unable to connect 59059 using basic mobile also.
