I had recharged my digital tv for rs.1158 (Six month pack - south max tamil sd pack) on 07, june, 2016. So, its validity expires on november 07, 2016. They suddenly blocked my dth service and asking to recharge for rs.200 as minimum recharge to reactivate service. As i'm a common man earning hard to survive, how can they steal from me.

Airtel Representative called and said since my digital tv account is not recharged for few months there is an offer on my account. I will have to recharge for 1285 to get one year subscription for my existing package. Within 30 minutes i did the recharge and the offer was not activated, post that i had to call customer service to get the offer activated which took another 48 hours. I did online data recharge on 30th july 2016. Amount of rs.299 was deducted from my account and later i received a message of recharge failed. I called to customer care of airtel they assured me that amount will be refunded back to your account with in a 10 working days but it didn't. Now i am asking for refund then they are denying. Hi,
I port my number airtel to vodafone. Now airtel ask me for previous outstanding but i allready paid all amonut to airtel and my new vodafone card is activated from last 3 months.
Vodafone deactivate my number due to this reason. I word with airtel store but they did not give me any valid solution else not to talk on that part. They mainly ask for only bill.
