i recharged my airtel prepaid no. [protected] with 29 rs call rate recharge pack that is for 1paisa/second call rate. recharge is successful. but airtel company is deducting money 2paisa/second, it is just double.

I have been an Airtel customer for many years now. I have 4G postpaid router, landline, broadband, 2 DTH and 2 prepaid cellphone accounts with Airtel. I must say their quality of service isn't bad BUT the quality of customer service sucks big time. One of the worst I have encountered in my life, that's pathetic considering Airtel is one of the leading service providers in the country.

Data offer fraud in samsung j series

Airtel recently announced 4g data offer for samsung galaxy j series such as 10gb 4g data at the price of 1gb 4g data for rs.265. But when i use the internet the signal always shows 4g, even though it deducts from 3g data balance, and beyond 3g data balance it will deduct money from main balance. The airtel data offers are always fake. When the usage is in 4g why they are charging for 3g.
