Airtel activated this nonsense service called "follow celebrities" on my phone for Rs 60/ month on my phone number from nowhere. When i called the customer care, they told me i had clicked on an advertisement during browsing the internet and it got activated, to which i replied i never did that, then customer care was very happy speaking about how i must have mistakenly clicked on such advertisement which people generally do during browsing.,...

Airtel is activated follo celebrities without my knowledge. And debited my rs.45 from my account.

Please be apprised that, i made a complain a week back i have been asked to wait for week to provide resolution, the is already over i did not receive any resolution.
I do have time call customer care again and again.
If i am available some services then i am paying for it.

Hi net team,

Issue is pending from your end since dec 2015. You charged incorrectly and airtel billing system is faulty and always billed customer while it is not in use. I raised complain and keep sending reminder but your team closed most of the sr without customer approval.

If you do not have any solution then please let me know the process of refund....

I am using this airtel postpaid 3g connection, since last 2 months my bill is coming around 900 approx, i dont know within dusration of 2days only the datapack get consumed by 90%, when i am not using it

I am staying in santaldih thermal power township, santaldih, purulia, west bengal-723145 since 9 years and i am using airtel sim since then. Here we are facing a lot of problem regarding the network and there is no mobile internet even 2g here ans i have to forget about 3g if i will stay here. I am spending 3g internet charge and not getting even 2g network properly and it is one type of cheating....

I tried to raise a new broadband request for my fathers place in Lucknow. There were two complaints filed for the same as well. I had to follow up for 15 days approx and everytime i was told that the executive will visit the place in 2 days which ofcourse never happened. and later when i called them, they gave me an answer that there is nothing which can be done as they do not have a port near my fathers...

i opted for airtel broadband connection and its been 20 days chasing their helpline, the technician and their registered office and the only thing i am offered is harassment.
i have made payment of rs 1000/- in lieu of new broad band connection on & 5th june with receipt number :4111473.

Deducted rs. 35 for service called fashion bunny i had never heard and when called customer care giving silly reasons like this is third party service and they can't provide information about how it has got activated and it was too rude. Below are the details of deduction:

Am recharged my number for 1gb 3g data. They provided special offer 4g night pack with the recharge, but wen i used my 3g then i switched on to 4g network, but there is no 4g data avail in my account, then i called customer care, they said am used 900mg 4g at a time so there is no 4g data remaining, then where is remaining 120mb, i asked but they replied u used all data like, nut in my mobile there is no switching option to 3g to 4g, without...

Earlier i had a multi-connection but due to some reason i had to split my second connection in order to minimize my expenses then i called to airtel customer care executive and i specifically asked him i also want to downgrade my pack and discontinue hd pack on my second connection also as it will rarely be used, the executive told me that sir you can do it at any time in future, but first you have to recharge your pack as my pack was over...

I have deactivated auto-renewal of 2G internet pack of 175 but this is the 3rd time i have been charged or the same. i already have availed 3G/4G internet pack. i have already complaint 2 times and thy used to say we have cancelled the auto renewal process. i am sure started hating the customer service and i will look forward to complaint higher authority if this issue not resolved and the i should be refunded the balance.

Hi' team airtel. I have faced a problem while recharging to my airtel mobile no through my airtel app. My bank account has been debited but i didn't received the recharge benefit yet. It showed and error.. Of technical problem. I also sent a repot feedback through the app.. But didn't get any response yet.

This is the online recharge txn id[protected] of rs 299.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference....
