I applied airtel broad band connection on june 07 2016. But i am not getting single message from the concern team. I paid 3000 rs. I called so many times to customer care service but i am not getting proper update they are telling same answer day by day (Need 48 hours to work on like that)

This is my very worst experience from airtel team. Please do the necessary action in this regard.

I purchased a local + std calling pack from Airtel 129 online store for Rs. 67 that gives a rate of 40 p/min. After I paid for it, I received an SMS that my calling rate for local and STD is now 45 p/min.
Once again Airtel has done it again - a clear case of cheating a customer. I reported it to them and most likely I will get a call from an agent asking me to prove it and make me go through a horrific experience.

Unnecessary balance deduction airtel - callous attitude

Today morning ie 23/06/2016 when i woke up at 9am, i saw message on my phone that rs.35 has been deducted from my balance for a service named fashion bunny. I was surprised because i never subscribed to that service. I called up airtel customer care, customer care executive was of the view that i asked for the service at 7.56am, on 23/06 when i was sleeping. Their data services are so faulty. they just finish up whole the pack at their own will

I used to use data packs of airtel. when out of 1gb 100 or 150 mb is left they just finish it up and then they deduct talktime balance 70, 80 or even Rs 100 within seconds. today I was not using data plan on talk time I recharged for Rs 44, I was given 130 mb then in fraction of minutes the whole data finished again. disgusting. shear loot. no one is there to control...

Mobile Network weak

Its been more than 2 year I have been using airtel service provider in mumbai(Goregaon east) office location is malad west.
Signals r too weak to even talk. I face hell lot of network issues. Most of the time i get number not registered on network or out of service area.

I also switched to vodafone no use. None of the companies r providning good network in Mumbai....
