I am complaining about their bill structure

I had airtel’s broadband for 5 years and they were never resolving problems of net not working. Finally I changed broadband to hathway and the day I was changing and disconnecting the connection I paid the due amount confirming from their site and customer executives. But after a month they started messaging and calling that there is still due amount left while I was not even using the connection.

Network Outage since 2 days

Excessive Bill Charged

We are the customer's to Airtel, from past few years. We have 2 Postpaid and 1 Landline connections. Using in Airtel homeplan.

Regarding Airtel Payment Bank Mpin.

Respected Sir/mam,
I went to my nearby airtel store for getting the fastag for my personal vehicle. I got the money in my personal wallet but didnt recieved the mpin. The nearby airtel store provided me with the fastag which i cant use without my mpin. Now when i try to reset my mpin from airtel thanks app it says, mpin reset window is closed, try again after 24 hours. I want to go tomorow out of town for medical checkup and unfortunately...

Recharge done but not reflected in mobile number

Dear sir,
I have recharge of Rs 48 on my prepaid mobile from Google Pay app through net banking on 28th september, 2021. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile no [protected].

I have requested Airtel for disconnection of my broadband on 04 Aug 2021reference number[protected] as there was no internet since 27 July 2021. I cleared all pending payment as directed but Airtel again generated bill on my name in Sep and asking me to clear those as well for disconnect.

Kindly help me with this issue...

Fake promises has done by Airtel Executive

I wanted to share the experience regarding the Airtel network, they have cheated for me during number port.

Mobile SPAM SMS

Airtel has been spamming my mobile number with pack reminder messages and incorrect SMS saying my pack has expired even after reneweing pack.

They are misusing SMS service.
Inspite of fully registered under DND, airtel itself is spamming.
Multiple reminders for pack renewals, pack expiry etc
one SMS one can understand.

Messages received from nay headers like AX-ARWINF, AX-Airtel, AX-AIRGSF...

Regarding recharge coupons (50 off on unlimited packs) valid till 01/01/2023

My Airtel mobile no has 45 recharge coupons which valid till 01/01/2023. But this coupons is not working when recharging but still showing in my Airtel app. Upon contacting company say, they withdraw the offer and not servicable. But the coupon have expiry upto 01/01/2023 and still showing in my Airtel app....

UPC code cannot be generated as there is contractual obligations with your service provider

I want to port my number to another cellular network provider, when i am trying to generate porting code I am getting below message
"UPC cannot be generated as there is subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider."
It's been two months I have been continuously contacting customer care none of them are able to provide any resolution all they do, they take time to resolve issue with in 72 hours, and giving false...
