I Subscribed to 4G Hotspot wifi on 30th March and paid for the device Rs 2300/- and opted for the basic service Rs650 3GB.

This complaint regarding bharti airtel fixed line connection bearing account no [protected]. We had used this connection for 2 years and made all the payments on time. In the month oc1-15 we have faced problem with connection and placed a complaint against issue. But we haven't received any service from airtel later we requested for cancellation of connection. I was in the border area of india and bhutan (Jaigaon). I was charged for international roaming instead of nation roaming. When i called up the customer care they informed that its policy to charge international roaming in your own country in border area; even though you have not crossed the border.
