My father bought this good for nothing Airtel connection because Airtel advertised in his office, which is Central govt. Airtel postpaid supposedly provided customized internet & call packs, So my dad bought one

First of all, they never fully gave the packs they told they ll provide.

Unauthorised usage of my balance by airtel

I had recharged my airtel dth, customer id [protected]-001, with rs. 558 (Economy sports plus with 33 hd channels) on 13/03/2016 which was supposed to run for one month. However somebody in airtel on 16/03/2016 activated hitz combo 9m sony star worth rs. 309 on 16/03/2016 without asking me. Hence burning my balance on 20/03/2016 resulting in no subscription and tv showing error code 6. Me or my family never gave any such consent to activate...

I am complaining about my airtel app using which i recharged some amount and the money is not credited to my mobile.

On 28/3/16, i have recharged my mobile with amount 554.00 using my airtel app. The monet is deducted from my bank account but it is not credited to my mobile balance. So again i repeated with the same amount using the app then also it is not credited to my mobile balance.

Previous complain is logged on[protected] having ref. no. 65785858, which is automatically closed by company end without any confirmation, this kind of response is not expected from such a reputed company.

This fraud company is always behaving like a coward. There is no proper customer care to submit our query. They are charging a lot. I used special recharges of 5rs/20mb (2g) for two or three days. But still its not deactivated and the main account balance is getting reduced. I checked for active packages. There is no active packages.
