I recharged my Airtel number with rs19 to make local call 30p/ min and std call 1p/sec. But after autorenewal of this pack my local call rates r not working for 30 p/ min. Plz help me in this ....

I have a airtel post paid sbi cug no [protected]. I have sent so many mail to airtel company regarding duplicate bill by corporate e mail id but the company not provide duplicate bill till today even i have paid all due amount....

This is regarding the multiple MNP & CUG corporate connections for my hospital, where airtel has failed to do so couple number of times in the past and the story continues since first week of January and now it is almost 2 months where airtel has failed to provide me with the new connections. this is simply unfair for the customer to bear the loss & the mental harassment caused to me by repetitively asking for the same thing again and again...

My airtel prepaid no. is [protected]. Of late my calls are not getting connected properly as well as my call receiver is complaining about lack of clarity in the voice. I checked with service centre for any hardware issues, but there are none. Call clarity is not there because of improper bandwidth. Since airtel launched 4G with pomp, call quality got effected. Please help resolve this issue for better service....

Last three months I am facing a problem with airtel set top box however airtel is unable to fix. My subscription is with airtel however last three months service are very worst and I am now replacing my service provider as they do not provide support. My subscription no. Is [protected]-1. I have a complain against customer care executive from whom I hadn't received the proper information regarding the Rs.49 Plan. On 23 Jan, I called executive (Her) to disconnect my active 5GB 4G data plan but she insisted me to keep my Airtel number active just for 49 Rupees. She told I can't use internet if keep this plan except keeping my airtel number active. She told me even if I keep my 4G Hotspot ON, internet doesn't work after activation...

This is to bring to your notice that the data usage of my Airtel dongle [protected] had reached its FUP limit of 10 GB of 4G on the afternoon of 24 Feb 2016 for that month's cycle.

Next cycle has started from 26 Feb 2016 00:00 Hrs.

As per the terms and conditions, after the FUP limit is reached, the customer is entitled to "UNLIMITED" internet access "AT LOWER SPEED".

I have an Airtel prepaid number since last 8 years. Recently I moved from Kolkata to Gurgaon on 10th Feb. On 12th Feb, I visited Airtel Store in Vyapar Kendra, Sushant Lok in Gurgaon. Rs.390 with Unlimited Validity with 410 Takltime.

When I recharged it online, I didnt receive any SMS saying that my recharge was successful which I receive it otherwise.
Even though my 46 Rs was deducted from the bank account.
Also, when I switched on the data, MONEY was getting DEDUCTED...

This is to request you to refund the deducted amount of Rs.178.73 from my Axis Bank account though I have deregistered Airtel as biller payment option. So I hope you will do your best and oblige. Thank you....

I'm facing network issue only when I'm connecting to CUG calls. Actually CUG is free calls and Airtel is not providing any support on this issue for past 4 months.

This is a kind of cheating from Airtel to a regular customer. Not only this when they have started 4G network the 1GB data pack is vanishing in 10 days. They were increasing the price of 3G/4G network without any norms.
