Hi

I'm using airtel broadband (no.[protected]). I request them to transfer my connection from sector 22b, Gurgaon to Palam vihar, Gurgaon on 20th Feb.

Till now I'm getting all false commitments from them. Everytime they are saying that it'll be done by 5 or by 7 or by tomorrow and so on...

Also some of there executive didn't register my complain, he told me that he'll register my complain and send...

I have to adjust my device to catch the signal

I have complaining so many so many times but they don't bother to attend


I m fade up using air tel service

Note : presently I m using 3G service

But as per their advertisement they r not up to the mark...

I have been using the Airtel prepaid number [protected] for past 8 years. I have been out of country for a month now and I have been still using it for OTP transactions and other online transactions. So I believe the number should be still active. However when today my friend tried calling this number and it was picked by someone else. I was surprised and shocked as all my personal accounts like PAN, Bank etc are registered with this number....

I have lost my mobile today. Please block my Sim Card ASAP. Number is [protected].

From 25.02.2016 my 4G internet services are not working. I have visited the store 3 times and called the customer care 8times. They always say we have escalated the matter. My charges for net pack is on but i cannot use the same....

An unsuccessful recharge from airtel app. Money debited from my bank account still RC unsuccessful. Its cheating totally. Just help me...

my mobile no [protected]. airtel. Orissa circle. a amount of 950.00 has been theft from my mobile during the period from August 2015 to 12 February 2016. It was only15/-on my main balance. I was outside India from this period. I cannot use my mobile in this period due no network.
so I request to help me in this matter.

I have ported my number from Andhra Pradesh to Delhi and it ported in 7 days on 13th feb from Airtel Postpaid to Airtel Postpaid, on the same day ie 13th feb i have lodge a complaint that my internet services are still not activated, the customer care executive told me it will be resolve in 8hrs, i called again after 8 hrs they told me it may be some technical fault so it will be resolve surely in 24hrs, and after 24 hrs i didn't got my problem...

I lost my phone and hence the number. while applying for the sim card with the same number, I was asked to convert it from prepaid to postpaid. I have activated hello tunes yesterday but not working today. So I called to 121 service but those people they are not caring on the services and made me wait for nearly 30 mins. The supervisors are not able to service properly

I am also complained indian consumer complaint on 11feb 2016 regarding blocked my airtel sim without any prior information. After sometimes they sent a mail for activating that sim.but still now it didn't work. Customer care also not answer properly.please help me for activating that no.

Fortunately I couldn't use my data as it was stolen not only data MB but also my main balance of Rs. 50.
After complaining several times to customer care I got back my rupees but not the MB.

I've been using this number for quite a long time. Few days back when I checked my account balance, it was ₹213, and today I found it ₹49. I'm shocked seeing such a deduction, so I called customer care to check what is going on. They said it got deducted because I used internet without data package. But that is not possible because that sim is being used in a basic phone of Nokia which does not has internet facility....

Bharti Airtel has billing and data tracking frauds within the system and I have proof of the same.
My bill cycle is from 26th of every month and quota given to me is 35GB of data. On 24th Dec, I left for a vacation and returned on 29th Dec, all electricity connections were switched from main panel and on 27th morning Airtel sent me a mail saying that 80% of your data has been consumed, whereas my modem was switched...
