I wish to make the following update to my initial complaint:
My blackberry services was finally restored on the 27th December, 2015: 11days after renewal of my bis! The least I expected of the network was to have my 30days access start counting from that date. Yet I received notification that it will expire on 16th January, 2016. I therefore called the airtel customercare in Nigeria on the 13th January 2016 and on insistence, got connected...

Actually whenever i call airtel customer care they cut the call in between, upto 3 4 times it had been done with me and they give wrong information. I did the online recharge of 3g net and i got the validity of 15 days instead of 30 days and i filed a complain they accepted that and said your money would be refunded in 10 days now they are saying it is not in your record its not valid transaction, its very disgraceful i m gonna change it...

This is to reference to our complaint no 63768900 dated 19 th january 2016 against our telephone [protected] is comletely dead from last 5days .in spite of our repeted calls to your company at phone 44444121nobody has taken any further action . the above telephone no [protected] is in our company for more than 8 years.today it has come to our knowledge that our telephone no 41222650 has been given as new connection to prince cosmetics p.s.lane...

I have paid my bills submitted all the documents 20 days ago but still my request of national MNP is not processed and I had also mail the case to their appellate then also no such solution to my problem....

When I was on line suddenly video club advertising coming on my mobile by mistake touch video club. Deduct 99 rupees in my account. Pl refund my money immediately thank you pl response...

We villagers of kamata, borigumma block of koraput district face 3g network problem from 10 days. Airtel is now start its 3g service in odisha and also in our area from Dec 2015 But unfortunately from 11 jan 2016 we are faceing 3g network problem. It is totaly not working now. We have also network problem. More then 50, 000 people use airtel sim ang Internet users rapidly increase here. But airtel failed to give better service here. So plz...

I have lost my mobile along with the Airtel sim card. Please block the out going & incoming calls from the below mentioned number so that it cannot be used by unknown person. Please do this as soon as possible.

Dear Concern

I got a call form airtel by requesting the port the no to airtel, also describe the plan.i selected a plan of 399 monthly rental.(600 local/std min, 1 gb 3G data after that 2G unlimited, 300 msg).but your guys informed me to delay of process
because bill of last month about to generate.after 15 days i got the msg for
porting. I changed the sim .when i called a no automatically it goes to
verification...

My prepaid connection was disconnected with wrong reason and causing me inconvenience. When I received the msg saying that they are going to disconnect my number because non usage in last 90 days, I sent email with details. I received reply immediately saying that they verifyed the usage and ignore the msg and balance Rs.1 only and recharge. When we try to recharge they said it is disconnected. I sent email again and received reply saying...

I had to convert my airtel postpaid to prepaid. For that, I visited to Airtel Relationship center at Vimannagar Pune. One of the sitting representative told me that Conversion process is halted for next 10 days and will be continued after 10 days, because of some issue...
I asked him about issue, he told me, some of customers did not convert to prepaid successfully. So Airtel is working on it...

I am using [protected] Contact number last time at approx 11 PM on 21-Jan-2016 i have recharged with 100 rupees and got 100 Rupees ftt and today morning i show that amount was deducted by Airtel.
i had spoken with customer care representative but they are telling that the was amount was deducted for internet use but that time i had 24 Mb internet and i used in whole night only 20 mb and right now me also have...

I have recharged through the app for the amount of rs 100 two times but it was not successful for that reason I contacted to the customercar but they are irresponsible......

My name is Lovelesh Gautam mobile number [protected] as according to my bill plan i have 1024MB Data and my daily consumption is 35MB but in the middle of month Airtel shows i have consumed 100% data i have facing this from last 8 months and i will show all the screen shots to Airtel they will waveoff each month but problem not solved yet....

I visited India on 1 January 2016 and arrived at village called sabhra. I bought a prepaid card number on 3rd Jan to communicate but unfortunately the connect was only provided on 10 Jan because I understand that air tell agent who collects the document did not come to the village to collect till 9 Jan 2016.
I thought the airtel service was the best with many towers all over the country to provide the best communication means in India...

I was charged rs75 for some house of models service. I asked the customer care about the service as it did not reflect in my last 5 value added services. They said it got activated while browsing the net. But i have a net pack of 700mb left. Thats the petplexing part. I feel very cheated by airtel to whom i have been loyal for over 6 years....
