I have complained to airtel about poor customer service at two of thier galleries. I wanted clarification regarding high bill charges and discontinuation of my CUG plan. Hello, From past few months the 3G service of Airtel is so pathetic and its hard to connect 3G, when enter to Bangarpet the network automatically changes to 2G. Or some times it connects to 3G for sometime and then it goes back to 2G. I have complaint about this to there customer care and they closed say no immediately solution.
