Kindly help me for 3g best service

Dear service provider, I am really very upset with the airtel 3g these days before it was very good but after new 4g got introduced my service over here is very bad as still my 3g is active also before it was 355 Rs but now it is very high then also services are worst than 2g what to do... m really not satisfied...

Airtel Customer Relationship Centre at Mahalakshmi Paldi, Ahmedabad is worst from the others they do not know how to handle the customers and the Information about Services they Provide is less, too. And due to that I have to suffer by paying 1000₹, 900₹, and 800₹ Respectively for the plan of 149₹+ 99₹ only. So, I am Really Dissapointed with service they Provides...

Non effect of recharge for 3G

Wrong calculation of postpaid 3g data quota consumption

Hi, It is regarding the erroneous calculation of 3G data current usage. Within 15 days from billing date getting SMS that 100% data is consumed where as I have not even touched 50% of the limit. This is cheating in daylight. Contacted the customer care through email and online portal who did not respond correctly. This need to be corrected asap....

Airtel team was trying to add another pillar (round shaped with 6 feet depth) and destroyed the garden fencing and green grass etc completely. Call centre giving false information

Airtel broadband downgrading the plan automatically

My subscription plan is 16 Mbps 80 GB per month, but the airtel always changes my plan to 8 Mbps automatically, I have registered complaints several times for this but there is no such permanent solution. Should I file FIR against this?

Moreover, the customer care doesn't have any knowledge about the speed and anything. Pathetic service....
