I have 4G compatible mobile, I have upgraded my sim card from 3G to 4G . but its not able to get 4G signal. even on the same location I am able to use my phone to with another 4G SIM. I log a service request & request to Airtel to resolved it, but they closed my service request without my satisfaction. I have the record of each and everything, Firstly I use to recharge monthly, When I was trying to recharge once I got an option for 6months with an amount of 2460 for 19channels, but when i check my package now they only show me 18 channels, I spoke to the call center and they say its only 18 channels now, than why did your airtel website say its 19HD channels, And also they fool us I dont know whether this complain...

I am using Aitel Prepaid Sim [protected]. From 2 weeks before I’m facing the same issue from airtel Network that is they consuming data more then the other networks. Airtel Customer Service is practically the worst. Called So many times bt no SOLUTION.
1) Called FOUR times for same problem but NO Solution
2) Thy chrg for calling cust service no. bt dnt SOLVE PROBLEM & put call on LONG HOLD

Please Terminate my 4G post paid dongle connection with immediate effect and let me know how much due i have to pay for the dis-connection.

Reason for disconnection:This was my company connection which i got from my previous company & as i am no longer in the company i want to terminate this connection immediately.
