Iptv not working wiring problems

4G not working in my sim

I have 4G compatible mobile, I have upgraded my sim card from 3G to 4G . but its not able to get 4G signal. even on the same location I am able to use my phone to with another 4G SIM. I log a service request & request to Airtel to resolved it, but they closed my service request without my satisfaction. I called them agin but again they are saying the same thing that your service request raised again you will get resolution in next 2 days....

1) Called FOUR times for same problem but NO Solution
2) Thy chrg for calling cust service no. bt dnt SOLVE PROBLEM & put call on LONG HOLD

Rate of data reduction

[protected], of data being consumed at a much faster rate than normal...evn if i open jst static web pages or facebook or gmail without refreshing the page, still 80-90 MB 2G data gets finished per 1 hr...its happening since the past few months..i use the sim on huawei net setter and my OS is ubuntu...
