I bought a new airtel 4g hotspot 2 days ago.it is having a problem in connecting to my laptop. it shows connected to laptop but i cant access to internet. but other wifi hotspots are getting connected. such a shame to airtel.i am looking forward to ur answer....

Dear Sir/Madam, I am (T.D.Thomson) Prepaid customer of Airtelindia and I have Paid Rs.997/- on 24/09/2015 vide Transaction ID[protected] for my USA trip through online payment.
