My Prepaid balance amount is not transferred from Prepaid to Postpaid conversion

Last month i convert from airetl prepaid to airtel postpaid. At the time of movement, airtel executive said prepaid balance amount will transfer to postpaid and it will deduct in first bill. Regarding value added service and customer care executive

I am a Airtel customer since 2008. On 27.09.2015 I have changed My hello tune. On selecting hello tune it show the song as "Kathirinu" after selecting this song Airtel has sent me a message that thank you for selecting "Orithirunnu" and also they have deducted Rs.15/- for this.
