I have been paying airtel for a 4G plan for the past 6-7 months but they have me under their 3G plan for the entire period.
when i approached the Customer Service they blatantly refuse any wrong doing.

I have all the proofs and communications documented in emails. They are so cheap that they even take the time to delete the portion of the email that proves that they have goofed up.

Promised a plan after cancellation request, but neither the plan nor cancellation happen

I had submitted a cancellation request for airtel[protected], which said cancellation will happen within 7 days. I got a call on the same day where an executive asked why was I moving from airtel. I informed I got a better speed with more data download for a cheaper price, why would I not switch. Paying for 4G but receiving 3g speed
