Looting money by pushing consumer into confusion & worst service

MY Airtel DTV ID.[protected]; RECHARGED WITH Rs.2145/- ON 29/7/2015 FOR 12 MONTHS. I unfortunately opted for AIRTEL Service for DTV on 3rd March 2015. Thereafter recharged for three months SOUTH VALUE SPORTS PACK in April first week 2015. Again I tried to get recharge on line. Wrong recharge as shown on site.

On http://airtellive.com/129store/ there is a 3g recharge pack for Rs 149, which states 500MB for 28 days. On paying for the pack, my number was recharged for 450MB for 14 days. I am a Airtel custome for a long time now . But they always cheats customers and makes money. they even started 4G network but they aren't even capable of providing decent 2G service. highest speed 10-12 KBPS ... that would have been ok if it was constant speed.. but most of the time it's 4-5 KBPS with full tower connectivity .. I am from Tripura and Airtel service here sucks when it comes to internet connectivity...

Not got proper validity on 3g recharge

My number is [protected]. I had recharged on 1st aug for 198 from myairtel app on which it was clearly mentioned I will get 600MB for 28 days. I got confirmation sms for the same when I recharged. But the validity which I got is of 20 days only. So please kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

A/c Blocked airtel money wallet 8826729728

I am loading fund Rs. 5000/- our airtel money wallet on 05/07/2015 fund successfully loaded our airtel money wallet no. [protected]. but i am using the amount to recharge our other mobile no message received that this no. not registered. if the no not registered. when airtel money claim to Rs. 5000/- our bank. This is not good. This is clear that airtel money services not work RBI instruction....

Worst operator i ever used

I was using vodafone before 3 months and converted in airtel coz of plans n ol
i have iphone 5s
but i swear the day my number got activated m experiecing network issues paying for 3g but no 3g
filed complaints in customer care 100 times but no response
this was my worst experience with any operator i evar used.
I have generated mnp code again n moving in to vodafone again this 11th august 2015.

When am giving a missed call to any mobile & land line my money is deducting. as well as when am calling to any mobiles or landlines but when the persons not lifting the call at this time also i am loosing money from my balance. Taking Much time to connet to customer executive

Airtel worst customer service

Reference [protected]. Customer care agent name : Rajesh. There was not a clear picture of the bill statement. When we called the customer care service the agent did not give a clear picture of the bill statement and he was least bothered to explain. He was also very harsh towards us. Refund of new broadband connection because it was not feasible.

I applied for a new broadband connection. A airtel executive came to collect documents. After filling application form and submitting proofs I paid Rs. 1000 for installation charge. I got a message from airtel 'documents received'. But the installation engineer called and said my area is not feasible. Not able call STD airtel number from my airtel number

Change in plan

I selected a wrong package while making online payment. Off course I got the benifit. I contacted Airtel cumtomer within an hour of recharge and told them that it is human error. It is just a matter of changing my plan from 205 to 204. However, Airtel is saying as per their policy, they cannot change the plan. This is unfair and unethical practice....

Fake promise

These people promise so many things but don't do it.. I received message from airtel stating that the balance will be carried forward if i recharge before validity. I have recharged it yet my balance did not carry forward.. When i talked to Harish at the airtel customer service he says that he can't explain and promises to transfer to supervisor. But disconnects the call. Then i called back and spoke to Pavani who said that there are no supervisors...
