Not able to Recharge from any platform

Hi,
I have recently migrated from prepaid to postpaid plan. I am not able to recharge my mobile from any platform, not even Airtel thanks app. I have opted for 1 year plan Rs.1498. I have visited Airtel showroom and they said I need to do a basic recharge first and then go for a yearly plan. No network coverage in Dubai

My name is Shythya Menon and I stay in Dubai from May 2021. I was using my Airtel number[protected] here in Dubai till June 2021. From July it is showing as no network coverage. I even did my recharge and it is reflecting in my Airtel Thanks App.
This number is so important to me as I have linked all my proofs with it. Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible...

Harassments from Airtel broadband

I dropped mail to CUSTOMER care and called CUSTOMER care multiple times to close my connection. Almost 10 12 hours it took for me to get hold of there executive to raise a cancellation request. Now they are asking me to pay the outstanding amount from current date. I raised a request week back and these ### played there dirty games to make sure i give the extra money and forced me to keep connection. Why there is no smooth way of closing...

Ported sim is not activating

Ive ported my sim from jio to Airtel, after I lost network in jio sim I put on my Airtel sim if I call to 59059 to activate Airtel sim it’s directly disconnecting am not getting any incoming calls also...

Recharge not done but debited from my account

I try to recharge airtel number for Rs.383 using Airtel app but it failed and I again tried it second time also it's failed.The amount was debited twice and credited only once but recharge is not done....

Refund from Amazon not yet credited

I had ordered a product from amazon. It was later refunded however the refunded amount hasn't been credited yet.

I checked with the amazon customer care and they claim that they have already processed the refund and that I should check with the bank....

At&t Bridge access code which is 000117 for India is not working for my Airtel Prepaid number. Currently I'm in Bihar & Jharkhand circle.

Benefit not given according to plan

I have made a recharge of Rs199 in which benefits of 1.5gb/ day and validity of 28 dates has been promised. But after recharging with rs 199 i got the plan of 1 gb / day and 24 days validity. I have made so many call to their customerscare but nothing has been done . They only gave the false promises....

Mis call alert not working

Missed Call Alert is not working for more than 2 Month.I have complained to Customer Care several times Each time while speaking with Customer Care officer, they commit that problem will be solved within next 24 hrs or their technical people will call me. So far, nothing happend and still i'm facing the same problem.
