Data Connection and Customer Service

After purchasing 4g internet connection(Data Card) there is no 4g / 3g signals available and getting 2g internet signals, when tried reaching customer care department( [protected], number provided in airtel data card) more than 10 times even after expalining situation no is providing solutions instead they are telling I have reached wrong department and disconnecting the calls. I'm trying to get refund or new connection with proper 4g connectivity....

Balance deducted from main account when 3g data was still pending

Hi, I had 13mb of 3g data when I started to browse onto airtel site to make another recharge. The recharge failed but 92 rupees was deducted from my main account. Next day when I recharged for 3g that 13mb was carried forward. My 3g data validity was till 26th of April and I was doing the operation on the same day at 01:30 AM, which is well within the validity period. not refunding the talk time which is wrongly recharged.

sir I have wrongly recharged an amount of Rs. 200 through Internet banking on the web site http://www.airtel.in. The same amount was recharged on [protected] wrongly, but my mob no is [protected]. In airtel easy recharge service there is a option for refund of money for wrong recharge but there is no such facility for wrong recharge directly from the airtel site by the customers.
