I'm a frequent user of the USSD services that airtel communications provides. They usually confirm a recharge by asking us to press 1. But this once they activated a 2G data plan amounting Rs.176 without any confirmation. I called them up and they say they cant refund my money. I would serioudly like to get my money back....

dear sir, I have been intimated that the bill for the month of march 2015 against my post paid mobile No. [protected] is2692.97 which is totally unjustified. I am regular user of air for last more than 02 year and have never received such a hiked bill so for. My usage never exceed more than 600-800 which was exactly as per my usage.
