Auto rickshaw Not going by meter

Hi, I am a resident of Dange chowk, the auto rickshae walals in this area charge rs 40 to -100 for only 1- 1.5 Km, This is preprosterous!! when i told that i will come by meter only, nobody was ready to come.All of them were fighting and said that this is the way here take it or leave it.I think their permit should be cancelled.!!!...

Wrongly charged rs. 800/- in my bill as data connection

Dear sir,


With ref. To the above sub. I had received message from airtel dated -
22.06.2014 regarding bill amount, the amount showing rs.989.21.

My regular bill is not going more than rs.200/- per month, i am not using
Internet, gprs, whatsapp. Data connection. Face book etc. On this mobile no.

Why this time charged me wrongly. (Rs.800/-)

A standard reply always received is ----set switched off, user out of range, user busy with other call/calls etc BUT IN REALITY NONE OF THESE REASONS HOLD GOOD.

Can you resolve this problem urgently?...

Non receipt of 1GB data on purchased new SIM of RS.250.

Pc secure reinstallation

I am a subscriber of Airtel Broadband, IPTV and PC-Secure. Currently I am out of India (in UAE) and had to format my hard disk, as the hard disk had crashed. Now I am not able to re-Install the PC-Secure, though I have the Subscription Key.

Please advise the way forward. As my Subscription is still valid.

3G service charged but not provided

I recharged my airtel number [protected] with Rs. 249 i.e 1GB browsing at 3G speeds and they are not even providing 2G speeds. When I complained it to customer care executive they started cutting my call and the fifth time they took my call and started misbehaving. This number is under Bihar & Jharkhand telecom circle....

Airtel Main kai baar apne document submit kar chuka hu. Lekin kabhi bhi mera new address change nahi karte. Baar baar kehte hain ki date 1 ke baad form bhariye toh ho jaayega. But abhi tak address change nahi kiya.main apna ebill hataana chahta hu aur paper bill start karana hai....
