Hi, We have corporate connection of Airtel and while asking for the procedure for cancellation and number portability, they have cancelled all the corporate numbers. After all emailing and follow ups, we still have not received proper solution. Airtel 3G worst customer service

The customer service executives are totally inept in resolving customer complaints. They dont provide adequate information or help, They say that they are transferring the call to technical dept and disconnnect the call after some time. The waiting period is too long. Data 2g recharge

I recharge my airtell per paid 2g data on 18th oct. For 149rs/- from that my data will not work. 21 oct i received one msg that my internet balance is low. I spoke with custermer care they told me that i use my data they charge me for the complaint that 50pise for each 2min they put me on hold for more than 25 min.
Im using iphone5, i have better experiance in using mobile data.

Prepaid Mobile Data Plan not Activated even after 5 hours
