Landline number is not working

We have landline number[protected], named quantam instruments & electronics, 154-i sector, govindpura industrial area, bhopal-462023.

We have suffered this landline number is not working since 1 year..Some times cables problem, some pipe line work problem, instrument junction box prolem...Etc..And airtel customer care also visit at near vishal mart, m.P. Nagar, bhopal..I loged complaint there since 10 days..But problem...

Not refilling to demo sim

Broadband connection is not providing by technician (munna)

reagrding weak net signal

Wrong data usage under 4G plan

According to me it should be maximum of 600-700MB as I have not downloaded or uploaded anything. I am using internet from last 8 years and I know how data usage works. CHEATING ON RECHARGE
