Demanding for Payment even when connection was asked to disconnect last year

New post paid connection not started yet

All required documents along with photo and three hundred security deposit was collected by a representative of frontline salesmart pvt ltd, andheri, mumbai code-sad11105 for a new airtel post paid connection (Suggested no-[protected]) on[protected] but the smae has not been started yet. We have 3 fixed line numbers from Airtel which has been working well. But recently I decided to buy a 3 G data card which was working fine for couple of months. Suddenly the Wi fi signals started interfering between fixed line and the 3 G data card and the 3 G datacard has gone dead. I have been trying to speak to their customer care who promise a technician will come to solve the issue each time but nobody turns up even after repeated reminders....
