Since Jun 2012, I have been making all my Airtel postpaid Mobile bills iro my Mob No [protected] A/c no[protected] by Airtel Money. All through the company has been advertising of payback of 5% if airtel money is used to make payment of Airtel Mob bills. Despite repeated mails the Company has not credited ANY PAYBACK into my a/c since Jun 2012 nor given any response to my mails....

On July 25th, I had requested to cancel my Airtel Internet and landline plan since I was leaving my rented apartment by end of month. They said cancellation requests takes 1 week to process. I was shifting my residence from Noida to Delhi. Placed a request on Airtel to close the account on 10 July. An executive came to my new residence to collect past due payments.
