On calling back, person call on the other side said that he in calling from the Head office of Airtel Call Center and announced that I have won a lottery worth a sum of Rs. 25 Lakh.He is also know my SIM card number which is written back side on SIM card and only known to Airtel company. I have not understand how this information leak by Airtel company to unknown...

Airtel not disconnecting connection

Airtel is not disconnecting my connection ([protected]) in-spite of repeated reminders to do so after paying all dues.
I am abroad and lost the SIM and have not used it for last 4 months.I have sent repeated mails to customer service to disconnect my connection....

MNP from vodafone to airtel

I, Amit chauhan apploed for mnp from vodafone prepaid to airtel prepaid on 18july2013 . I submitted fees as well as my documents at ARC sector-7 (sector-3) near m2k rohini. But my mnp is not done. I called customer care and was dealt badly!! They put me on hold and then cut the call..

Incorrect accountal of amount deposited for usage charges

At the outset, I may state that I am terribly upset over repeated calls from your centre at Gurgaon that some payment is overdue, which is not correct.
1. The 3G datacard (no.[protected]) connectivity was received in August 2012.
2. Payments are being arranged within a week of receipt of bill.
3. Last payment was made for Rs.1,348 on 29/07/2013 and earlier on 04/07/2013 for Rs.792.

Ala CarTe Pack Not Activated

Hello Airtel DTH Team,

Though I submitted Ala CarTe Request on 31st July 2013, and got confirmation from Airtel DTH(2nd August) that it will be activated in next 24 hours. Till now, that service not yet activated in my DTH. It's really hectic one. Because of this, daily burn rate of my previous plan will be detected daily from my balance.

I tried to recharge online my airtel no. [protected] on 02/08/2013 at 1:10 pm with Rs.148 from airtel website through SBI online banking for internet pack(500MB on 3G + 500 MB on 2G ). It showed recharge successful on airtel website (txn ID[protected] but i didnot recieve the internet data. I called custoner care, they didnot solve my problem.. Kindly see to that my amount is returned or my number recharged....

It mentions that Modems supplied by Airtel are incompatible with Linux,I use Airtel Broadband with modem model no:Beetel 450TC2,And I can browse and download files using Fedora 19/Ubuntu 13.04.I am unaware i[censored]buntu 10.10 , Fedora 12 and lower versions support browsing,Please verify it.

channel subscription

This is Nithin from coimbatore,for 1 month we started using Airtel Dth,Intially Tamil channels are broadcasted,for additional channels i subscribed about 5-10 channels,but the problem is now we are receiving only subscribed channels,we are not recieving Tamil channels.so i humble you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

very bad services of airtel

airtel is a very very veryyyyyyyyyyyy froud company, and very cheap and bad service , i had purchase airtel 3G data card 850/month 5GB unlimited , this data card is not worked in home, basement or any palace , i don't get to use airtel datacard it work only on tarris , we had more complaint to customer care but they don't resolve my problem after that we had close our data card so airtel company have sent 2400rs bill of 1 month....

Deactivation of unscribed forced schemes

Dear Sir.
I have prepaid airtel mobile[protected] .(PREPAID)
I want to deactivate all forced & unsubcribed schemes, which are running without my consent/approval.
Also deducting the amount from my recharged value amount . For info I have not subscribed any scheme.
I feel at times ,it is unethical & corrupt means to cheat people. Please instruct to stop deductions & do not start any scheme.
