Reduction of money from main account inspite of 2g recharge

Sir, i recharged my airtel number by 145 2g net but still they deducted 369 rupees from my main account. Their attitude is so irresponsible that they are saying i am free to go customer care or wherever.they have harassed me by doing so before also but at that time atleast they gave my money back but now they are saying they wont give me my money back. AT&T Toll Free not accessible in Thiruvarur

I am not able to dial 000117 for AT&T toll free service from Thiruvarur. I am from chennai and used it many times from Chennai, but the same code is not working from Thiruvarur and I get number not found message.

Quite frustrating. I checked with one of my friend who has a Tata Docomo and it works fine. Maybe it is time to switch.. I need reliable and consistent service, which seem to be problem here.
