Excess charges/data deducted

I bought a new prepaid connection of airtel in April and a few days back activated 2G unlimited (2 GB) pack worth Rs. 199 from mobile store sector 18 noida.

While the service seems ok, but additional charges are being deducted from my talktime although i have only used about 10% of my 2GB quota. Charges of about Rs 150 plus have been deducted in lieu of data usage after the internet pack was activated.

Discrepancy in usage check message and bill

2g speed on 3g recharge

Online Recharge Amount not credited

I have done an online special recharge of Rs 97 on May 2nd 2013 through airtel.in for mobile number [protected], but yet the amount is not credited in spite debited from my credit card which I used during my transaction. Not sure why Airtel service provider is putting their customers in trouble even though I have used their own portal for online recharge. Am really disturbed and fed with this issue.

speed of 3G is slow

SIM not activated

Hi,
Recently i purchased an Airtel 4g Dongle on 30th April 2013. I was promised that the sim would be activated on 2nd May as 1st may was a holiday.
We have been calling customer care 5 - 6 times a day and each representative had his own story to tell. But the fact of the matter is that even after 4 days of purchasing the dongle we are yet to use it.

As we are running out of patience i have only two choices...

Speed low, due non updation of Validity from airtel side
