Dear Sir,

1month before I purchased a 3G Airtel Dongle/data card. It was not activated for 4 weeks. After I put a complaint in this forum. The person who sold it to me came to my home and gave new sim card stating that old sim card has an error. Then new sim card was activated within 1day but internet speed is 0kbps. The moment I connect, speed goes to 120kbps and immendiately after 1min speed goes to 0kbps and stays in 0kbps...

Two value added services were activated without asking for proper confirmation and they have been charging for two months. When I called Airtel customer care and explained that these services were activated without my notice, they didnt refund my full amount.
